Sanjana Sanghi English: has been appointed as the Youth Champion of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) India. Embracing her responsibility with utmost sincerity, Sanjana attended the UN Future Action Day Summit in New York on Saturday. The theme of Day 1 was “#YouthLead for the Future: We believe in the promise of a better world for all.” Taking the stage at the summit, Sanjana Sanghi highlighted the importance of being a force for change in society. She said, “All we ask for is a seat at the table of change. All we ask for is to be given a real opportunity for engagement, whether it is in the private sector, in government, in the United Nations or in academia. All we ask for is to have our voices heard because we matter and our voices matter. All we ask for is to be given a chance to be the change we want to see in this world.”

Sharing photos from her visit on Instagram, she wrote, “Experiencing the corridors of the UN headquarters in New York, standing at the General Assembly, where literally – history is made.
