ASUS boosts productivity with new laptops by equipping products with Intel Lunar Lake “Core Ultra 200V” CPUs
ASUS revealed ASUS is introducing several new laptop series at IFA 2024 that will take advantage of the AI capabilities of the recently launched Intel Lunar Lake “Core Ultra 200V” CPUs. The new laptops are being launched in the Zenbook, Vivobook and ExpertBook series, designed for productivity and enterprise workloads. By adding 8 different laptop models, ASUS has expanded its current laptop lineup with better and faster Copilot+ PCs.

Zenbook S Series
The ASUS Zenbook S series has been expanded with two new laptops: Zenbook S 14 (UX5406) and S 16 (UX5606)The laptops come in 14-inch and 16-inch screen sizes with a 3K 120Hz Lumnia OLED display for incredibly beautiful, detailed visuals. The laptops are made from ASUS-exclusive Ceraluminum material for a durable and stylish design, resulting in a slim profile of just 1.1 cm (0.44 in) and a weight of 1.2 kg (2.7 lb).
The notebooks are powered by Lunar Lake CPUs up to the Core Ultra 9 288V flagship processor, offering 48 NPU TOPS. The laptops feature a quad-speaker setup for high-fidelity sound and come with several AI features such as AI noise cancellation and an FHD AiSense IR camera for enhanced video interactions. The Zenbook S 14 and S 16 feature a 72 Wh battery, modern I/O ports for connectivity, advanced security features, and an enlarged 16:10 touchpad with intuitive smart gestures.
Vivobook Flip and Vivobook S series
The ASUS Vivobook Flip and Vivobook S series bring three different laptops: The Vivobook S 14 (S5406SA), Vivobook 14 Flip (TP3407)and Vivobook 16 Flip (TP3607). The Vivobook S 14 brings more premium features than the Flip series and the latter is more versatile in use. The Flipbooks are powered by the Intel Core Ultra 7 256V processor, offering up to 47 NPU TOPS and FHD NanoEdge touchscreen.
The Vivobook S 14, on the other hand, brings a sleek 1.3K laptop with the same processor but a longer-lasting 75Wh battery for up to 27 hours of usage. It brings Harman Kardon-certified Dolby Atmos audio system and the latest WiFi7 and Bluetooth connectivity to keep up with modern requirements. To ensure the laptop can run cooler, it is equipped with ASUS IceCool thermal technology with two 97-blade IceBlade fans and two air vents for proper heat dissipation.
ExpertBook P Series
For complex workloads, ASUS has released the ExpertBook P5 (P5405) laptop for entrepreneurs, prosumers, and small businesses. This laptop is powered by the Core Ultra 7 256V and integrates ASUS AI ExpertMeet tools for enhanced productivity and work experience. With features such as AI transcription, AI translation, AI captions, assisted meeting summaries, AI camera, AI noise cancellation, and commercial watermarking, users can multitask quickly and effortlessly, saving a lot of time.
The ExpertBook P series also brings two more models: P1 (P1403/P1403) and P3 (P3405/3605) with different specifications. The ExpertBook P5 will be available in four different configurations, starting with the Core Ultra 5 226V processor and 16GB/512GB specifications.
The Zenbook S 14 will be available for pre-order on September 6 at Best Buy and ASUS Stores for $1,399.99 and $1,499.99, depending on configuration. The Vivobook S 14 is priced from $999.99 to $1,299.99 and will be available at Best Buy, Walmart, Micro Center, and the ASUS Store. The ExpertBook P5 will be available for $1,099.99 to $1,489.99 and will begin shipping in Q1 2025.
