Bayer Leverkusen believes it is in a strong position after Victor Boniface’s injury

Bayer 04 Leverkusen must deal with Victor Boniface‘s long-term absence after he suffered a hamstring injury in training for the Africa Cup of Nations and is set to be out until April.

According to manager Simon Rolfes, the club is still in a good situation. However, reinforcements for the attack are still possible.

“This is annoying for him and also for us. But the situation exists. So far we have had few injuries. “That can happen,” said Rolfes, describing Boniface’s injury.
