Netflix has released the official trailer for Bridgerton Season 3 Part 1. Part 1 consists of four episodes and arrives on May 16, 2024. Part 2 includes four episodes and premieres on June 13, 2024.

The trailer teases the potential romance between Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) and Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan). When Penelope struggles to attract a suitor, Colin offers to help her find a match. The duo have always been good friends, but the footage shows that friendship could be the “best foundation for love.”

What to Expect in Bridgerton Season 3?

“Colin has returned from his summer travels with a new look and a serious sense of swagger. But he’s disheartened to realize that Penelope, the one person who always appreciated him as he was, is giving him the cold shoulder,” the official synopsis reads. “Eager to win back her friendship, Colin offers to mentor Penelope in the ways of confidence to help her find a husband this season. But when his lessons start working a little too well, Colin must grapple with whether his feelings for Penelope are truly just friendly. Complicating matters for Penelope is her rift with Eloise, who has found a new friend in a very unlikely place, while Penelope’s growing presence in the ton makes it all the more difficult to keep her Lady Whistledown alter ego a secret.”

Besides Coughlan and Newton, Season 3’s cast includes Claudia Jessie, Simone Ashley, Jonathan Bailey, Luke Thompson, Golda Rosheuvel, Adjoa Andoh, Ruth Gemmell, Lorraine Ashbourne, Hannah Dodd, Harriet Cains, Bessie Carter, Jessica Madsen, Florence Hunt, Martins Imhangbe, Will Tilston, Polly Walker, and Julie Andrews as the voice of Lady Whistledown.

Jess Brownell is the showrunner for Bridgerton Season 3, replacing series creator Chris Van Dusen. Shonda Rhimes, Betsy Beers, Tom Verica, and Van Dusen serve as executive producers.
