- Electra Schrock, 48, pleaded ‘no contest’ on Friday after being charged with ‘felony assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury’
- She was ordered to stay away from Charlie Sheen for ten years after trying to strangle the actor at his rented Malibu apartment
- A judge also ordered her to be ‘conditionally released’ into a drug treatment program for 90 – 120 days
Charlie Sheen’s blonde Buddhist neighbor has been ordered to stay away from the reformed Hollywood hell-raiser for 10years after cutting a plea deal with Los Angeles prosecutors.
Electra Schrock, 48, pleaded ‘no contest’ on Friday after being charged with ‘felony assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury’ following a December 20 altercation at the star’s rented, three-bedroom Malibu apartment.
Represented by public defender Amy Huberman, Schrock was also sentenced to 61 days in jail but Judge Diego Edber ordered her to be ‘conditionally released’ into a drug treatment program for 90 to 120 days because of time served and good behavior.
Shrock has remained in custody since her arrest in December, shortly after she tried to strangle the Two and a Half Men actor, prosecutors said.
‘She just wants to put the whole episode behind her,’ a friend of Schrock’s tells DailyMail.com. ‘Everyone deserves a second chance.’

The court was told that Schrock had lunged at Charlie Sheen through which had caused one of his stitches from a previous injury ‘come out’
Schrock and Sheen were neighbors at a gated rental complex just off Pacific Coast Highway in the upscale celebrity coastal enclave.
Schrock’s apartment was on the second floor and the entrance to Sheen’s duplex is on the third floor.
Sheen, 58, was alone at home when he was attacked, according to prosecutors.
Divorcee Schrock, a practicing Buddhist, originally pleaded not guilty during her initial arraignment on December 26.
The court was told then that Schrock had lunged at Sheen causing one of his stitches from a previous injury to ‘come out.’
The actor was ‘quite fearful’ following the incident, prosecutors said at the time.
Schrock later changed her plea to ‘no contest’ during a January 19 hearing at Van Nuys Superior Court.
Wearing a yellow jail jumpsuit, with dyed blonde shoulder-length wavy hair, Schrock responded quietly, ‘Yes, I do your honor,’ when asked if she understood the terms of the protective order for Sheen.
She will undergo treatment at Recovery Network, a drug treatment center.
Schrock’s incident with Sheen comes on top of an elder abuse case involving her mother dating back to last year.
In March, she was charged with ‘the crime of elder or dependent adult abuse,’ a misdemeanor.

Schrock caused the victim – her mother, Candace Nyhus Poag, 75 – ‘to suffer… unjustifiable physical pain and mental suffering’ after the two had an argument.
Schrock pleaded ‘no contest’ at the time and was placed on probation for two years. But that probation was broken because of the charge of assaulting Sheen.
In August last year, Poag, 5’6″ and 105 pounds, who has dementia and other medical conditions, was reported missing after last being seen at her daughter’s Malibu apartment. She was found a few days later.
Judge Edber also approved a second protective order for Schrock – specifically a ‘peaceful contact order’ – meaning she can still see Poag if her mother wishes.
‘You may have contact with your mother but it has to be peaceful. It is normal for people to argue with their parents,’ he said.
‘If you get into a dispute with [your] mother, just walk away even if you think it’s her fault – that way, you won’t have any issue with this protective order.’
Once the highest-paid actor on TV, Sheen now resides in a three-bedroom split-level apartment, a modest abode compared to his previous Beverly Hills mansion.
He sold the house at a loss in 2020 for $6,600,000 after purchasing the property in 2006 for $7,200,000.
The apartment, overlooking Pacific Coast Highway, is just a five-minute drive from the longtime ranch-style home of his parents, Apocalypse Now and The West Wing actor Martin Sheen, 83, and Janet, 79.
‘Although it is much less extravagant than his previous home, Charlie chose the apartment because it suits his quieter life and is close to his parents so they often see their grandkids,’ a source told DailyMail.com.
During the ’80s and ’90s, Sheen starred in a slew of big movies and shows including Platoon, Wall Street, The Three Musketeers, The Arrival and Spin City.
Arguably his most notable role was the CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men, which premiered in 2003 and went on for 12 seasons before it ended in 2011.
But as his career flourished, he faced a slew of controversies including numerous stints in rehab, multiple public meltdowns, three failed marriages and a few run-ins with the law.
In 1996, he was charged with assaulting then-girlfriend Brittany Ashland. He was placed on two years’ probation after pleading no contest.
Also, in 2009 he was arrested in the exclusive ski resort of Aspen, Colorado, following a domestic violence incident involving his then-wife, Brook Mueller. He pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault as part of a plea deal.

Sheen was fired from the hit CBS show Two and a Half Men in 2011 after dissing Chuck Lore, the show’s co-creator, prompting him to embark on a nationwide tour called ‘My Violent Torpedo of Truth / Defeat is not an option.’
He also faced allegations of sexual assault in 2017 and again in 2020 when Corey Feldman claimed the actor had raped a then 13-year-old Corey Haim in 1986. He has vehemently denied the allegation.
Fast forward to today, and Sheen says he is a much-reformed character with a quieter life.
These days the father-of-five is more likely to be spotted taking his young sons for frozen yoghurt in Malibu rather than stumbling out of a nightclub or strip joint on Hollywood Boulevard.
The actor has five children with three different women.
Last month, he revealed he has been sober for six years and is focused these days on raising his two youngest children, sons Bob and Max.
He told People that he keeps busy as a single father, raising the teen twins as a single dad while their mother, Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller, is ‘not in the picture too much right now.’
He said this month marks the sixth year of his sobriety: ‘I have a very consistent lifestyle now. It’s all about the single dad stuff, and raising my 14-year-old twin boys.’
‘Now I wake up early, around 4:30 or 5 am, (to) get an early jump on the news, work out, answer emails.
‘Then, I get the kids up and help them with their morning routine – if you can call it a routine.’
After the shocking incident in December, a source has told DailyMail.com exclusively that Sheen is ‘not stressed’ over the incident and is instead focusing on ‘working more again’ and ‘righting the wrongs he has made.’
‘He is confident with what the cops and court have done so far,’ they said.
‘Though it was court-ordered that she has to stay away from him, he will do anything the court recommends from this point on to have this be an afterthought.
‘He has enjoyed being away from drama the last few years, and he wants 2024 to continue that.’

The source explained that Sheen – who, aside from a brief cameo appearance in an episode of Bookie, hasn’t acted in anything since 2017 – is hoping to make a major comeback now that he’s turned over a ‘new’ leaf.
‘Charlie is focused on his health and working more again and just righting a lot of wrongs he has made through the years,’ they continued.
‘He has matured and would like to be respected in Hollywood again. He doesn’t want to be anyone’s burden.
‘He just hopes the next time he is in the news is because he did something great and not because of some random attack or outburst.
Sheen reportedly will get full custody of his twin sons, Bob and Max, in the event that his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, ‘tests positive for drugs or alcohol.’
On Thursday, the Two and a Half Men actor, 58, was granted an emergency request stating he would ‘immediately’ assume ‘sole legal custody’ of their 14-year-old boys if she fails a drug test.
The order reads: ‘Brooke shall test for drugs and alcohol (1) as often as required by her probation officer, (2) within 24 hours of a written request (email or text) from Charlie or his attorney, and (3) at a minimum of once per week regardless.’
The documents also explicitly states that Mueller’s ‘custody/visitation will be terminated immediately following any positive test,’ and any ‘missed test will be considered a positive test.’
Sheen’s nine-year-old daughter, Sami – whose mother is James Bond actress Denise Richards – has become a controversial figure like her dad by posting explicit content via online platform and app OnlyFans.
