More and more people are studying after vocational training, doing an internship and young people are getting along a little better. That is the good news that the National Education Report shows: a comprehensive approach from childcare to further training for adults, this time with an emphasis on vocational training.
A lot of money has been invested in the education system over the past ten years. Spending has increased by almost 50 percent in the ten years to 2022. If you convert it to gross domestic product, the number is significantly smaller. Due to the increased economic performance, education expenditure is only 0.2 percentage points higher.
