Bommes revealed, among other things, that he was busy filming the new season of his advice program ‘Gefragt – Gejagt’ until the end of May and only then started looking forward to and preparing for the European Championship.

During his handball career, Alexander Bommes played for the clubs TSV Altenholz, TSV Bayer Dormagen and VfL Gummersbach in the first and second division. At the same time he studied law and sometimes worked as a sports reporter NDR. Bommes has been part of the “Sportschau” moderation team since 2011. He has also moderated the “NDR Quizshow”, the talk show “Tietjen und Bommes” and the “Hamburg Journal”. Since 2012 he has also presented the popular quiz show “Gefragt – Gejagt”, which has been broadcast in the first evening program since 2015.
