European Union: Josep Borrell wants to boycott planned meeting of foreign ministers in Hungary

The European Union’s chief diplomat, Josep Borrell, wants to follow the unplanned trip Hungary Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, after Russia and China, did not attend a planned meeting of EU foreign ministers in Budapest.
