Samsung has been reported on multiple occasions to be introducing a design change with the launch of the Galaxy S25 Ultra, with the flagship said to have rounded corners instead of sharp, resembling the company’s Galaxy Note 7. However, it’s one thing to check out an artist’s impression of the smartphone and another to see an actual render, and we’re happy to report that an official image has been released, but there’s a catch. The notable leaker responsible for showing off the Galaxy S25 Ultra to his fans has blurred it out, unless his financial goal is met.

The leakster’s donation goal was unsuccessful as only 4% of the limit was reached; the Galaxy S25 Ultra render will be shared in the usual way

Over the past few years, Steve Hemmerstoffer, known by his handle @OnLeaks, has gained a notable reputation for leaking renders of various mobile devices, ranging from flagship smartphones and tablets to mid-range and entry-level handsets. He has partnered with various publications on multiple occasions to provide a gallery of renders to viewers, which really helps to get people excited about what product is going to be launched soon.

However, it seems that @OnLeaks wants to go solo and wants to start with the Galaxy S25 Ultra render. To make this option financially viable, he asked viewers to contribute whatever they could so that he could blur the render. However, based on his previous post, few people seem interested in paying a certain amount to check out the Galaxy S25 Ultra.

In fact, the leaker revealed that only four percent of the donation goal was reached, forcing Steve to leak the image in the usual way. It’s possible that several publications and he couldn’t come to an agreement on a future leak of the Galaxy S25 Ultra, or it’s likely that since he holds all the cards, he can decide which route to take that will offer him the easiest reward.

Either way, Steve Hemmerstoffer has given tens of thousands of viewers something to talk about for months over the years, and those who feel inclined to support him so he can find enough motivation to release leaked renders are free to do so.
