Grand Theft Auto V was released nearly a decade ago on PC, but with a few choice mods, Rockstar Games’ popular open-world title can look as stunning as some of the best games released in the current console generation .
A new video made by Digital dreams shows the fifth entry in the series working with mods like NaturalVision evolved And GTA 5Realamong others, in 8K resolution. Sometimes it’s almost hard to tell that this is Grand Theft Auto V and not a newer current-gen game.
Fans of the Rockstar Games series will have to settle for a little longer with Grand Theft Auto V, since its highly anticipated sequel will be released next year. However, given the ambition and scale of the game, the release date could be postponed to 2026, although, as of last month, this has not yet been delayed internally. Its ambitious nature could also prevent current-gen consoles, including the soon-to-be-released PlayStation 5 Pro, from running it at 60 frames per secondforcing players wanting to experience the new version of Vice City at high frame rates to wait for the PC version, which has yet to be officially announced.
Grand Theft Auto V is now available on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series X, Xbox One and Xbox 360.
