First responders provided ‘lifesaving support’ for three victims. All those involved were inside the office and there were other people inside when the shooting took place, Police Captain Rob Ransweiler said.

The San Diego Fire Scanner said: ‘The suspect vehicle has been located by a good samaritan at Sixth Ave & Quince St just west of Balboa Park. SDPD officers also located a glock handgun case on the floorboard of the passenger seat.’
