Lava will launch Agni 3 on October 4 in India as a successor Agni 2 launched last year in May. Lava has not detailed the Agni 3’s spec sheet, but has confirmed the smartphone will be powered by the Dimensity 7300X And displays customizable Action Keys.

A teaser video of Lava gives us a glimpse of Agni 3, which is reminiscent of Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra. The rear panel has a triple camera setup led by a 50MP camera that has OIS. This smartphone will also come with Dolby Atmos.

The Lava Agni 3 will be priced under INR30,000 ($360/€320), and in interaction with Gadgets360Lava’s Head of Product, Mr Sumit Singh, revealed that the Agni 3 will feature two displays – a 1.5K 120Hz curved AMOLED display on the front and a secondary 1.74″ AMOLED display on the back alongside the camera module.

The secondary display doubles as a viewfinder for selfies with the main camera, and you can also use it to answer calls, control music playback, and view notifications.

Additionally, Singh said the 50MP primary camera on the back will be coupled with a telephoto unit but did not provide specifics.

Lava Agni 3 will be sold via Amazon.in in India. We’ll know all about its specs, features, price and availability on Friday.
