Eutin. The 33rd Blues Festival Eutin will again attract as many as 15,000 blues fans in the open air to the Eutin market square from May 23 to 26. The Blues Baltica with many international acts is the largest blues festival in Germany and has already won several international awards.

Which artists are coming to the 33rd Bluesfest Eutin?

Many acts at Bluesfest will perform exclusively in Germany this year. The kick-off is on Thursday, May 23, with the blues and soul singer Sahra da Silva and band, who won the Danish Blues Challenge in 2023. This is followed by the Croatian blues quintet The Sunnysiders. The festival day starts on Friday, May 24 with the Polish band Amiya, followed by Blues Deal (winners of the German Blues Challenge 2023) from Germany and Noa & The Hell Drinkers (winners of the European Blues Challenge 2023).

On Saturday, May 25, it will be the solo turn of Canadian blues singer and guitarist Suzie Vinnick, followed by the three-piece Marius Lien Band from Norway and then From Brothers Band (winners of the Swedish Blues Challenge 2022), before Jimmy and the Sleepers from Canada. the blues-rock-like conclusion. On Sunday, May 26, there will be three more concerts: Baltic Blues Act, a band from the region, the international band Murray Kinsley & Wicked Grin and, as a finale, the American Wanda Johnson Trio.

How much are the entrance fees?

As always, admission is free, but donations are welcome.

Can you hear the concerts on the radio afterwards?

A team from Deutschlandfunk travels from Cologne to record many of the concerts and broadcast them at a later date.

What else is offered?

From May 23 to 25, after the program on the festival grounds, there will be ‘night sessions’ in the brewery with two concerts per evening.
