The OnePlus 13 is expected to launch with the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset, and today we have a clearer timeline for its arrival. Louis Lee, president of OnePlus China, confirmed that the new flagship will be unveiled next month.
The executive confirmed that the OnePlus 13 will come with “the latest generation of flagship chips,” meaning the phone’s launch will come shortly after the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 is expected to launch in mid- to late-October.
The device also hit 120Hz when playing Genshin Impact, which is proof of “further performance improvements to the gameplay experience.”
A OnePlus flagship arriving just days after the launch of Qualcomm’s top-end chipset would be a first for the company.
We expect the phone to arrive in China first, likely for the Singles Day shopping holiday on November 11, also known as 11.11. A global launch will likely follow in early 2025.
