This is Luna
Behind the pseudonym Luna lies the 24-year-old singer Aleksandra Katarzyna Wielgomas from Warsaw. Polish media often describe their music as ‘cosmic pop’. It sounds whimsical, mysterious and atmospheric. Her single “Zgaś” was released in 2020 and was a great success in Poland. The song also uses sounds from space released by NASA.

That’s the song
Electropop the old fashioned way – that’s Luna’s “The Tower”. In 2020 she met the composer Michał “Fox” Król. This collaboration resulted in the song with which Poland presented itself at the ESC in Malmö. Catchy, danceable and crystal clear produced – perhaps just a little bit of variety is missing. In the end, it wasn’t enough to make progress. Poland will be eliminated in the first semi-final on Tuesday evening (May 7).

Waiting for the sun to catch me
I have to find a way back home
Alone, alone, alone
