On the first day of each month, AnTuTu publishes two charts for the previous months, one showing the top-performing smartphones, and the other focusing on mid-to-high-end devices. October is just around the corner, so let’s see what the situation is like on the charts for September.
That Red Magic 9S Pro+ has topped the high-end charts once again, while Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro has managed to climb to second place. This is followed by Redmi K70, iQOO Neo9S Pro+, iQOO Neo9S Pro, iQOO Z9 Turbo+, iQOO 12, Vivo X100, OnePlus 12And OnePlus Ace 3 Pro.
Compared to AugustThat Vivo X100 Ultra And X100Pro has left the Top 10, replaced by the iQOO Z9 Turbo+ and iQOO 12. As you can see, there are no Oppo devices in the chart this time, nor Xiaomi, which suggests that the brands are not too focused on optimizing performance in benchmarks like this.
The flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 version is still leading, at least until the 8 Gen 4 and Dimensity 9400 appear later this month. As the folks at AnTuTu say, right now is the calm before the storm. Of the Top 10, six devices are powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, and the remaining four devices are powered by Dimensity 9300 or 9300+.
Moving on to the upper middle class space, that is OnePlus Ace 3V continues to lead, followed by Realme GT Neo6 SE, Redmi K70E, Realme GT Neo5 SE, Redmi Note 12 Turbo, iQOO Z8And iQOO Neo7 SEmaking the Top 7 identical to last month. Changes occurred in the remaining three positions, viz Redmi Note 12T Pro up one spot to No. 8, the iQOO Z9 to be ninth, and just launched Redmi Note 14 Pro+ took tenth position.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 is still king in this area, powering devices that occupy the top two spots. The only real alternative is the Dimensity 8300-Ultra which comes in third. Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2, Dimensity 8200, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, and Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 were unable to compete at the top of this list so they were relegated to lower positions.
This AnTuTu graph shows each model’s average score in September, and excludes devices with fewer than 1,000 runs. The data only comes from China.
