Will the Christian West soon become a pagan country? In 1950, 96 percent of Germans said they belonged to a church, but today that number is only about 50 percent. have 2023 More than 380,000 people alone turned their backs on the Protestant Church (EKD).; only 20,000 entered.

The decisive factor for the decline is that the EKD is no longer sure of its mission. Jesus, the Lord of the Church, demanded: Preach the good news of the Gospel so that people will become and remain Christians. Instead, the public has the impression that the church has become a party behind the parties. Anyone who is not left-wing is having a hard time.

The EKD must become a church again

Now the new president of the Diakonie, Rüdiger Schuch, went to the extreme: “Anyone who votes for the AfD out of conviction cannot work in the Diakonie.” Because surveys show that about 15 percent of Protestants vote this way, many of the 1.3 million workers should now be laid off. A purge that has so far only taken place in dictatorships.

Schuch does not provide any evidence of what “anti-human” should be in the AfD program. But it is clear that the Greens, the FDP, the SPD and the left are demanding unchristian things while advocating to make it easier to kill unborn people. 35 percent of Protestants no longer rule out turning their backs on the EKD. It urgently needs to become a church again!
