Reno Police Department were dispatched to a home on December 6 around 10:45 am after there were multiple reports of a woman frantically screaming for help saying a man inside her house was killing another woman.
When officers arrived at the home, they found the suspect identified as Caleb Briggs, 34, with one had one hand behind his back.
The officer who pointed a gun toward Briggs appeared agitated and out-of-breath.

The deputy with the Reno Nevada Police Department is seen pointing the gun towards Briggs after they were called to the home on December 6 around 10:45 am after there were multiple reports of a woman frantically screaming for help saying a man inside her house was killing another woman.
He told the cop it was ‘none of your f***** business’ when the officer asked him his name.
Briggs told the cop to ‘get the f*** out of my house.’ The cop responded that he was not in his house.
Briggs grew more irate and said ‘how about get off my property? before he asked the cop if he had a search warrant.
When the officer said he did not have one, Briggs quipped, ‘I didn’t think so -so f******g pack it up and adios. If am not under arrest and no one is pressing charges …’
Briggs lifted his arm and pointed, telling the officer, ‘Look there, they are out there fighting each other now.’
The officer then asked Briggs, ‘So you are not the problem?’
In the next clip, Briggs is seen charging towards the officer as another deputy assists. As the officers try to restrain Briggs, the brawl escalates and one of the officers shoots at the suspect twice.

Briggs is seen falling into the entranceway of the home.
The officer, who shot Briggs, appears distressed as he calls on his radio for back up.
Additional crews arrived and offered aid to Briggs who was handcuffed. He was transported to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
After the shooting, the officer is overheard saying in the video, ‘He grabbed my gun.’
The Reno Nevada Police Department posted the body cam footage on Thursday for ‘informational’ and ‘educational’ purposes.

Before the harrowing incident, the next door neighbor, who was not identified, called 911 telling the operator that there was ‘a guy attacking a woman inside of a house.’
‘The lady out there is screaming freaking out.’ He said, ‘I don’t know what is going on.’
When the operators asked if it appeared to be a domestic dispute the person said ‘sounds like it.’
