‘The Bear’, season two
In the second season, the relationships and conflicts between the characters become increasingly deep. Carmy and his team are faced with the challenge of making the restaurant successful: “The Original Beef of Chicagoland” must become the new “The Bear”. A highlight of the season is the flashback to a family dinner in which the mother of Carmy, Michael and Natalie (Jamie Lee Curtis) makes her first appearance. The episode provides insight into the traumatic family history of the Berzattos. The season ends with new hopes and expectations as the team begins to work together to realize their visions.
