WWE President Nick Khan and COO Brad Blum have been identified as the ‘corporate officers’ named in the sex trafficking lawsuit field against former company chairman Vince McMahon in a bombshell new report.

The federal lawsuit filed in January by former company employee Janel Grant accuses Khan and Blum of being ‘instrumental to a scheme’ where Grant was employed ‘in a completely undefined role’.

The lawsuit alleges the only understanding for Grant was that ‘she remain a sexual slave to be used and trafficked by McMahon within the WWE’, per Front Office Sports.

Also accused of sex trafficking in the lawsuit is former WWE wrestler and executive John Laurinaitis.

Blum and Khan have not been accused of any sexual misconduct in the lawsuit. Instead, the WWE duo are accused of being complicit in McMahon and Laurinaitis’ acts, which may make the company liable under federal anti-trafficking law.

WWE is now owned by TKO, which also owns the UFC, as the combat-sports companies are under the same banner for the first time.

Khan joined WWE under McMahon in 2020 and was a major player in securing the company’s new $5billion television deal with Netflix.

Blum has been with the promotion since 2006, and has held different executive roles within the company the entire time.

The two other ‘corporate officers’ named in the lawsuit are McMahon’s daughter and former WWE executive Stephanie McMahon, and another former exec, Brian Nurse.

In a statement to Mail Sport, attorney for Janel Grant, Ann Callis, said: ‘Yes, I can confirm that these names are correct.’

Not named in the lawsuit in any capacity is Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque, Stephanie’s husband, who currently serves as WWE’s head of creative and CCO.

‘WWE takes Ms. Grant’s allegations very seriously and has no tolerance for any physical abuse or unwanted physical contact,’ a WWE spokesperson said in a statement to Front Office Sports.

‘Neither Nick Khan nor Brad Blum, prior to the lawsuit being filed on January 25, 2024, were aware of any allegation by Ms. Grant that she was the victim of abuse or unwanted physical contact; nor does the complaint allege that either had knowledge of such,’ WWE’s statement continued.

Lawyers for McMahon and Laurinaitis have denied Grant’s claims.
