The Paris Olympics have been incredible so far, but the main highlight of any Summer Games is undoubtedly the 100m race.

USA Noah Lyles is the favorite for gold in Paris, but he was defeated by Team GB’s rising star Louie Hinchliffe in the qualifiers and he is ready to fight for a medal together with Zharnell Hughes.
Although swimming and gymnastics were very popular aspects of OlympicsAthletics remains the crowning glory of the Games.
There are 48 medals up for grabs and they will be hotly contested, with the 100m race being the most popular, as always.
In 2020, it was Italy’s Lamont Marcell Jacobs who won gold in the men’s event and he will be looking to defend his title.
100m Final: UK Start Date and Time
The men’s 100m final will be held on Sunday, August 4.
The race is scheduled to start at 8.50pm UK time.
The semi-finals will take place earlier, around 6pm.
The women’s 100m final has already taken place, with Saint Lucia’s Julien Alfred taking home the gold ahead of American favourite Sha’Carri Richardson.
