A worker at Stellantis’ Jeep plant in Toledo, Ohio, died on August 21 in an accident at the plant, according to local news reports.

WTOL 11 reported that first responders were near Building 7 at the Toledo South plant, which makes Jeep Gladiators. The plant also makes Jeep Wranglers.

“Stellantis is aware of an incident involving one of our employees this afternoon at the Toledo Assembly Complex,” a spokesperson said in a statement. “The Toledo Fire Department was called for assistance. As this incident is currently under investigation, we are unable to provide further details at this time.”
