Geri Halliwell’s husband Christian Horner is under investigation over claims the Red Bull chief behaved ‘inappropriately’ towards a colleague.
The Formula One giants are looking into claims made against Horner, 50, by one employee of the company.
Red Bull said it had launched an ‘independent investigation’ after being made aware of ‘certain recent allegations’.
‘This process, which is already underway, is being carried out by an external specialist barrister,’ a spokesman said.
‘The company takes these matters extremely seriously and the investigation will be completed as soon as practically possible. It would not be appropriate to comment further at this time.’
Horner said in response: ‘I completely deny these claims.’

Red Bull team principal Horner is married to former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell. The couple married in 2015 and have had one child together, Montague, seven.
Horner, who has led Red Bull since their arrival on the grid in 2005, has overseen a period of huge success for the team.
Milton Keynes-based Red Bull have won seven drivers’ championships and six constructors championships under Horner.
Last season, Red Bull won 21 of the 22 races on the calendar as Max Verstappen claimed the drivers’ title.
Last month MailOnline exclusively revealed the couple have submitted plans to build a swimming pool at their Grade II-listed mansion.
Planning documents show the Spice Girl and F1 Red Bull boss have applied to install the pool in their garden, alongside new decorative planting and a heat pump to keep the water warm.
