A possible image of missing autistic teenager Sebastian Rogers has been circulating on social media two months after he disappeared.
The image was reportedly taken at a visitor center in the Blue Ridge Mountains North Carolina.
The photo, taken by a woman at a rest stop, closely resembles the missing 15-year-old who disappeared from her Hendersonville home on Feb. 26, barefoot with only a flashlight.
The woman then changed the image to Tennessee The Bureau of Investigation and his friend posted the picture online.

Rogers is believed to have left his family’s home with a flashlight in the early hours of February 26. She was reported missing by her parents at 6.30am.
State Bureau of Investigation released an endangered child alert for the teenager the day he disappeared – and officials immediately deployed drones, dogs, boats, horses and helicopters to search for him.
Sebastian lives on Stafford Court in Hendersonville, a northeastern suburb of Nashville.
Journalist Nick Beres, who has been closely monitoring Rogers’ case since she disappeared nearly a decade ago, said investigators still lack hard evidence about where the case is headed.
In a recent Facebook Live broadcast about the mysterious photo, Beres said he found it interesting that now, seven days after the rest photo was released, investigators have not ruled out the possibility that the teenager in the photo is Sebastian.
About a month ago, the search for Rogers was called off due to safety concerns for members of the Cajun Navy who were deployed to help find him.
In late March, Sebastian’s mother Katie Proudfoot and her husband Chris left Hendersonville to return to work in Memphis.
Cajun Navy, a nonprofit organization made up of volunteers with boats, was formed after Hurricane Katrina to help search for survivors. The group has aided Rogers’ search and rescue efforts and even took over the search in March.
Rogers’ father, Seth Rogers, a correctional officer, ruthlessly searched for his son, Beres said, perhaps full time.
