An optical mogul has put his $60 million sprawling oceanfront home up for sale in Delray Beach, Florida, complete with a pool and beach views. 

‘Mar Pietra’ is a ‘palatial masterpiece’ complete with nine bedroom suites, 12 bathrooms, a library and a 13-car garage spread over 31,387-square-feet.   

It’s being sold by co-founder of My Eyelab, Massimo Musa, an optical mogul who also founded the Lasik Vision Institute, Eyeglass World, and Stanton Optical.

The property is the second highest listing currently in the exclusive Delray Beach neighborhood. 

It was designed by architect Randall Stofft and finished by Martyn Lawrence Bullard.

Musa bought the house for around $9.5 million in 2002 and expanded and re-developed the property.

Renovations took six years and he didn’t move in until 2008, according to a previous report from Mansion Global. 

The house is set behind private gates and comes with top of the range lavish fittings. 

The walkways are onyx stone inlay and it has a lawn that stretches to the ocean. 

Inside it has nine bedroom suites, 12 bathrooms and an extra seven powder rooms.
