This hike came after the actress allegedly has been flooded with offers. The report claimed that she has been able to create quite a buzz in the Telugu film industry. Amid the hype of Bollywood actresses making their Telugu debut, Anupama Parameswaran’s name has begun to swirl among filmmakers. This is allegedly happening all because of her role in the latest romantic crime comedy.

Anupama Parameswaran is currently basking in the success of her latest movie starring Siddhu Jonnalagadda. Her character in the film has become the talking point due to her scenes with the lead star. However, she has also become the subject of trolls for the same. The Premam actress addressed the backlash during a song launch event. Defending her scenes, she said, “At the age of 19, I acted in films like A Aa and Premam. Now I am 29, so I have to explore different characters.”

“Even when I play similar roles, both journalists and the public ask me whether I should stick to the same kind of roles. When I take roles like Lily, you again ask why I decided to do them. What should I do? Just stay at home?” she added.
