With the NFL offseason well underway, after the Kansas City Chiefs won a second consecutive Super Bowl title as a result of beating the San Francisco 49ers at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, every team in the league is trying to improve their rosters through free agency and the upcoming 2024 NFL Draft.

In the meantime, NFL owners and coaches are staying busy during league meetings in Orlando, Florida, which is an annual event where coaches mingle and owners make rulings on potential changes to the game.

As part of his annual tradition in the NFL, all the coaches in the league take a group picture, but this year, it appears that quite a few head coaches were not in attendance.

Apparently, five NFL head coaches were not in attendance for this group photo, with Mike Tomlin, Sean Payton, Mike McCarthy, Nick Sirianni, and Matt Eberflus not in the picture via Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team.

Even though those five head coaches didn’t make it to Orlando, Florida, to get in this picture, people need vacations, especially after going through months and months of what a head coach has to go through before and during the regular season and playoffs.

Along with potentially enjoying vacations, all of these head coaches have to get ready for the upcoming NFL Draft, which is about a month away on April 25.

It’ll be interesting to see what happens in the upcoming draft, with many trades potentially going down with quarterback-needy teams trying to move.
