The Philadelphia Eagles have one of the loudest, most loyal, and most passionate fan bases in all of sports.
They’re the last audience you want to mess with when you’re in town, regardless of who you are.
However, it seems like Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson didn’t get that memo.
In his latest appearance at WWE World in Philadelphia, the Hollywood star took a big shot at the home team, stating that he was late to the event because he was watching Jalen Hurts lose in the playoffs again on YouTube (via Rob Hodge & B/R Wrestling).

The Eagles are coming off a heartbreaking season, and that’s a wound that’ll take some time to heal.
They were projected to be the best team in the NFC after making — and almost winning — the Super Bowl two seasons ago, and they had the best record in the league at some point at 10-1.
Then, Nick Sirianni’s team sunk, dropping six out of seven games, losing to teams they should’ve beaten, letting a big lead in the division slip, and failing to get the job done in the playoffs.
Jalen Hurts also regressed from his career-best season, and while he was pretty banged up for most of the year, that should also be a concern going forward.
Still, this team has more than enough talent to bounce back, so let’s see if Hurts takes this personal and looks to prove The Rock wrong in 2024.
