Netflix has rounded out the cast for the upcoming third season of The Lincoln Lawyer. According to Deadline, Jon Tenney (And Just Like That…) will be returning to the legal drama as Mickey Haller, Sr., and will be joined by new cast members in recurring roles.

The three new characters joining the highly anticipated third season of the Netflix series are Michael Irby (Barry) as DEA Agent James De Marc, Maisie Klompus (Good Trouble) as Annabeth Stephens, and Wolé Parks (Superman and Lois) as David Lyons.

Who else is returning for The Lincoln Lawyer Season 3?

Though Netflix has not announced the release date for the third season, the streamer has recently unveiled the returning cast members, including Becki Newton as Lorna, Angus Sampson as Cisco, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo as Mickey Haller, Jazz Raycole as Izzy, and America’s Next Top Model alum Yaya DaCosta.

Meanwhile, the recurring cast includes Elliott Gould, Krista Warner, Neve Campbell, Fiona Rene, Devon Graye, and previously announced recurring cast members such as Philip Anthony-Rodriguez, Allyn Moriyon, John Pirruccello, and Merrin Dungey.

What is The Lincoln Lawyer about?

The hit legal drama follows Mickey Haller (Manuel Garcia-Rulfo), a criminal-defense lawyer and recovering addict who returns to work and solves cases, while also attending to personal hang-ups of his own.

“Sidelined after an accident, hotshot Los Angeles lawyer Mickey Haller restarts his career — and his trademark Lincoln — when he takes on a murder case,” reads the logline.

The series is created by David E. Kelley, based on Michael Connelly’s novel The Brass Verdict. Per THR’s previous report, the third season will explore the author’s fifth Lincoln Lawyer novel, The Gods of Guilt.

The third season, which will consist of ten episodes, is currently in production. The first two seasons of The Lincoln Lawyer are available to stream on Netflix.
