Tyreek Hill was on pace to break 2,000 receiving yards in his second season with the Miami Dolphins, but he fell short after suffering an ankle injury.

Although Hill was able to come back toward the end of the regular season, he and the Dolphins were eliminated in the Wild Card round against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Miami’s season was a disappointment considering how electric the offense looked and because of their Super Bowl aspirations.

However, the Dolphins are still set up to compete next season though the roster could use some upgrades in some key areas like the defensive line and receiver room.

Hill is a player that doesn’t lack any confidence and he made a bold promise at his London camp, via Soul Runner and FinsXtra on Twitter.

“We’re hoping next year it’ll be even bigger and better and I’ll be able to bring a Dolphins Super Bowl… that’s the most important thing right now,” Hill said.

NFL players have never been shy about predicting a Super Bowl and Hill is simply stating his goals no matter how lofty they might sound.

Hill understands what it takes to win a Super Bowl after winning one with the Chiefs, but the challenge is far more difficult with the Dolphins who don’t have someone like Patrick Mahomes under center.

Tua Tagovailoa has been serviceable throwing Hill the football, but his limitations under duress make it hard to trust him completely in the postseason.

Hill is so good that he can cover for just about any quarterback, though he’ll need to somehow top what he did this past year to give Miami a real shot.
