The futuristic new SUV joins the C5 and E5 under Chery’s Omoda sub-brand in Mzansi.

Citizen Automotive was in Wuhu, China for the global debut of the Omoda C7. It is the follow-up model to the C5 crossover and C5 GT offering launched locally by Chery sub-brand last year.

Motorcycle manufacturers are moving quickly into the era of electrification. So it’s no surprise that Omoda is launching products that include a complete range of electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. These include the incoming all-electric E5 and the Omoda C7.

The average age of car buyers is decreasing. Omoda is confident they can offer cutting-edge technology to consumers with the new C7 SUVs.

And extreme energy saving mode allows the Omoda C7 to achieve a claimed range of 1,200 km with a full fuel tank and a fully charged battery. Ensuring that almost any destination can be reached without needing to recharge, eliminating any worries you may have. And save a little cash at the same time.
