Wynonna Judd’s troubled daughter has been busted for exposing her breasts and ‘lower body’ on a busy highway in Alabama.

Grace Pauline Kelley, 27, is being held in the Elmore County Jail in Wetumpka, Alabama, and has been charged with indecent exposure and obstructing government operations.

Both of the crimes that the country singer’s daughter has been charged with are misdemeanors and she was booked on April 5.

Documents show that Kelley exposed her breasts and lower body at the intersection of Interstate 65 and Highway 14, according AL.com.

After being booked into jail by the Elmore County Sheriff’s Department on April 5 at around 5pm, her bond was set at $1,000 and her first court date is set for April 11.

Kelley refused to identify herself when officers tried to arrest her and sat down on the roadside, refusing to comply.

This isn’t Kelley’s first run-in with the law, she has a history of drug-related problems and has been behind bars on-and-off for the past nine years.

The 27-year-old was sentenced to eight years in 2017 for violating probation after leaving a recovery program.

She was released six years early from prison back in 2019.

The daughter of Wynonna and the singer’s first husband Arch Kelley, Kelley had been in and out of jail for more than two years in Tennessee and Alabama on drug-related charges at the time.

Kelly is a mother to a one-year-old daughter, Kaliyah.

Kelley was pregnant when she was in jail after getting pregnant while she was out on parole, a fellow inmate Florence Fort told The US Sun.

‘Grace got pregnant when she was out on parole,’ Fort shared. ‘When I was at the jail with her, she was pregnant. She had her baby’s name picked out. She was excited.’

The troubled young woman’s legal saga stems from a December 18, 2015 arrest at a Walgreens in Nashville, Tennessee.

Police noticed a car with two occupants that had been parked there for a lengthy amount of time.

Noticing the car had an improperly installed license plate dangling from a single screw, the detectives approached the car and found Kelley in the driver’s seat and a man, Richard Wilcutt, in the passenger seat, according to arrest affidavits.

During the questioning, a concerned citizen handed the cops a bag they’d seen someone throw from the car’s passenger side, which contained a torn up box of pseudo-ephedrine and a receipt for Coleman fuel.

Recognizing these as ingredients used in making meth, detectives ran the pair’s names through a national database and found they’d made a pattern of psuedo-ephedrine purchases consistent with cooking meth.

Using security camera footage, they found that Kelley had purchased the pseudo-ephedrine, which they found in Wilcutt’s possession when he was searched.

Both were arrested and charged with promotion of meth manufacture, but Kelley later pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of possessing meth.

In 2023, Kelley served a five-month sentence at Putnam County Jail after she was arrested in May 2023 for violating parole and an order of protection.

She had been released from jail in December 2022, but was re-arrested on May 1, 2023, on charges of breaching a restraining order and violating her parole.

A spokesperson for the Tennessee Board of Parole told The US Sun: ‘I can confirm that Ms. Kelley’s parole was revoked to the expiration of her sentence following an August 11, 2023 revocation hearing at Putnam County Jail.

‘Two concurring Board member votes were required to reach a final decision, which was reached on August, 13, 2023.’

Despite her daughter’s troubled legal history, Wynonna has defended Kelley – calling her the ‘strongest Judd woman’ on The Pursuit! with John Rich in 2020.

‘I will tell you this. My daughter is the strongest Judd woman in our ‘herstory,’ Wynonna told Rich.

‘She’s healthier than I was at 23. How she got there – I would not go that way, but I was also sequestered,’ Judd told the show’s host.

In 2023 it was revealed that Wynonna has had a rocky relationship with her daughter through the years.

In 2013, Wynonna’s actress sister Ashley Judd obtained temporary custody of Kelley.
